How we work

Imigradamente was born from the experience of living between cultures and the desire to support people, teams, and communities navigating the challenges of international mobility. We focus on emotional health, cultural adaptation, and intercultural communication, offering support for Brazilians abroad, multicultural teams, companies, and institutions dealing with the complexities of immigration and cultural diversity. We believe that living between cultures involves practical adaptation, belonging, listening, connection, and emotional development.

Who we are

Luana Prado

Trained in psychology at the Federal University of São João del-Rei (MG, Brazil) and holds a master's in Clinical Psychology from the University of Évora (Portugal), with an academic exchange in philosophy at the Université de Liège (Belgium).

I live in Portugal and have seen how much this journey has helped me grow. I consider it a privilege to support other immigrants around the world in individual sessions. I also have experience leading therapy and study groups, teaching classes, lectures, and short courses, and — more recently — therapeutic theatre.

Diandra Marques

Trained in psychology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and holds a master's in Clinical Psychology from the University of Évora (Portugal), with an academic exchange at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain).

My professional path is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, approaches that guide my clinical work in emotional care and in building healthier resources to face life's challenges.

My personal path, in turn, is marked by the experience of immigration. I have lived in Portugal, Spain, and France, going through the challenges and transformations that come with moving country, adapting to new cultures, and rebuilding bonds and a sense of belonging. These experiences deepened my sensitivity to the challenges of living between different cultures.

I provide psychological support to Brazilians going through immigration processes. I have great affection for my work, which lets me welcome stories of courage, transformation, and new beginnings — walking alongside people facing such significant transitions, offering attentive, sensitive, and safe listening so they can make sense of their experiences, strengthen their inner resources, and build new ways of feeling at home in the world.
