This process is for people living the experience of moving abroad — whether for language study or higher education, for work, or to join family, among others. It can help you if you are:

  • In the middle of a move or newly arrived

  • DurationApproximately 1h15 per session.
  • Individual formatPersonalized care, with the option to include the family when it makes sense.

    No. This support is focused on the experience of adapting abroad. If you need broader therapeutic work, we recommend individual therapy.

  • Are the meetings individual or in a group?

    Meetings are individual. When it makes sense, we include the family in specific sessions.

    People moving abroad — for study, work, or family — and their relatives, at any stage of the process.

  • Can parents also take part?

    Yes. Parents and family members also go through an intense emotional experience and can be supported.
