We are professionals with academic training in psychology and international experience dedicated to immigration, emotional health, and intercultural relations. Our work stems from a deep understanding of the challenges and transformations involved in living between different countries, cultures, and forms of belonging.
Imigradamente emerged from our own experience abroad and direct contact with the emotional, cultural, and relational challenges present in the migratory experience.
Today, we develop services, consultancy, and projects aimed both at Brazilians abroad and at companies, teams, and institutions operating in multicultural contexts.

Imigradamente was born from the purpose of emotionally supporting Brazilians living abroad.
We met in 2018 during our master's in Clinical Psychology in Portugal. It was during this period that we came to understand even more the emotional impacts of the migratory experience.

The experience of living between different countries and cultures brings profound transformations in how we relate, perceive our identity, and build a sense of belonging.
Throughout our journey abroad, we experienced firsthand challenges common to many immigrants: feelings of loneliness, cultural adaptation, distance from support networks, and the sensation of being between two worlds.
International experiences through the Erasmus+ academic exchange also broadened our perspective on different cultures and different ways of experiencing immigration.

Over time, we realized these struggles were also part of many Brazilians' experience abroad. From this, we deepened our studies in Intercultural Psychology and developed work focused on the emotional demands of immigration.
Thus Imigradamente was born: a space of welcome, listening, and emotional development for those building their lives far from their country of origin.

Today, we unite clinical experience, research, and an intercultural perspective to offer emotional resources focused on the reality of immigrants, through online psychotherapy, therapy groups, and intercultural consulting.
We believe that migrating profoundly transforms how we relate to the world and to ourselves. And that this process deserves to be lived with welcome, awareness, and qualified emotional support.
